What is an autobiography? What is a self-portrait? How are an autobiography and a self-portrait the same? How are they different?
An autobiography is a story, novel, or book written about yourself. A self-portrait is a photograph of yourself, taken by you. An autobiography is similar to a self-portrait because they are both focused on yourself. They both express the same value, which is your life story. You could include different aspects of your life in a single photograph or describe your life in paragraph after paragraph.
Autobiographies and self-portraits are different because, of course, an autobiography is a written story giving the details about your life story or different things about you. A self-portrait is a photograph that you take of yourself expressing your personality.
